• “Services” refers to all recruitment-related, consulting, and platform-based offerings provided by BrainCave Consultancy Service.
  
• “User” collectively refers to both candidates and employers using our services.
  
  

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our platform or engaging with our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

• You will use the platform solely for lawful purposes related to recruitment or employment.

• Candidate Shortlisting or Matching Services
  

Each service may have separate pricing and validity terms as mentioned on the platform.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

1. All payments made for any paid service — by candidates or employers — are final and non-refundable.
   Once payment is successfully processed, no refund, chargeback, or cancellation shall be entertained, regardless of the reason.
   
2. Payments can be made via authorized payment gateways displayed on the platform.
   
3. Users are responsible for ensuring accuracy of payment details. Any payment failure, duplication, or error caused by user negligence shall not be the company’s responsibility.
   
4. The company reserves the right to modify service charges, fees, or plans at any time, without prior notice.
   
   

5. Data Access and Usage

• Candidate data shared with employers is provided on demand for recruitment purposes only.
  
• Employers agree not to misuse, sell, or share candidate information for marketing or unrelated activities.
  
• Candidates consent that their data may be shared with verified employers seeking potential hires.
  

Both parties must use shared data in compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.

6. No Guarantee of Job Placement or Hiring

1. BrainCave Consultancy Service does not guarantee any candidate employment or job placement.
   The company provides facilitation and visibility services only.
   
2. Similarly, BrainCave Consultancy Service does not guarantee any employer successful hiring or candidate quality.
   Employers are advised to conduct their own due diligence, interviews, and verifications before hiring.
   
3. Our role is strictly limited to connecting potential candidates with prospective employers.
   All hiring decisions rest solely with the employer.
   

7. Quality Disclaimer

• All candidate profiles and resumes are provided “as-is,” based on user-submitted information.
  
• The company does not independently verify accuracy, authenticity, or completeness of candidate data unless specified in a verified service.
  
• Employers use candidate data at their own discretion and risk.
  
• BrainCave Consultancy Service shall not be held liable for any misrepresentation, skill mismatch, or inaccuracy in the candidate database.
  
  

8. Platform Use and Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Upload false, misleading, or defamatory information.
  
• Use automated systems, bots, or scraping tools to extract data.
  
• Post or solicit for illegal, unethical, or non-job-related content.
  
• Impersonate any individual or organization.
  

Violation of these conditions may result in immediate suspension or termination of account access without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• BrainCave Consultancy Service shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or cost (including loss of employment, reputation, revenue, or opportunity) arising from the use or inability to use our services.
  
• The platform operates on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
  
• The company does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free functionality, or virus-free operation.
  

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including logos, graphics, service names, and proprietary technologies, are the exclusive property of BrainCave Consultancy Service.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Termination of Access

The company reserves the right to:
