Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in the ERP solutions space.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and solution overviews tailored to client requirements.
• Understand client pain points and recommend appropriate ERP solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports.
• Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERP trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in ERP, SaaS, or software solution sales.
• Proven track record of successfully closing B2B sales deals.
• Strong understanding of ERP products (Finance, HRMS, CRM, SCM, Manufacturing modules, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance tracking.
