Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven ERP Sales Officer to join our growing team. As an ERP Sales Officer, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and promoting our ERP solutions to businesses across various industries. You will play a critical role in identifying client needs, demonstrating solutions, and closing deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in the ERP solutions space.

• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and solution overviews tailored to client requirements.

• Understand client pain points and recommend appropriate ERP solutions.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

• Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports.

• Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERP trends, market activities, and competitors.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in ERP, SaaS, or software solution sales.

• Proven track record of successfully closing B2B sales deals.

• Strong understanding of ERP products (Finance, HRMS, CRM, SCM, Manufacturing modules, etc.)

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance tracking.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience selling popular ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, custom ERP systems).

• Knowledge of business processes and industry-specific ERP requirements.

• Existing network of potential business contacts.
